  Always find some great stuff in Nike even better with its outlet prices, Staff very friendly espically a guy called Jack and another guy with dark hair. Will reccomend to every one who loves gym wear.

  Disgusting customer service. I wouldn’t even call it customer service. My partner had an accident in this store made the manager aware (ANDRE) his words exactly.. “there is nothing we can do. health and safety have accessed my shop.” Okay regardless where is your accident forms? No notes to note it down?! The response wasn’t what we expected that’s how we knew the staff at this store had an attitude problem. Went to the till to pay for our items spoke to this person (DANIELLE) blonde woman. Her attitude was disgusting even more so than the manager itself. I asked her for Andres managers details (email, name) to express my concerns about health and safety and procedures not followed in store by staff. She told me “I won’t give you those details” this lead on to a massive argument between the two me and Danielle to the point where she asked me to go outside and then started intimidating me so I agreed and said let’s go outside. Assistant manager had to get in between her and me not that there was an aggression physically but a lot of intimidation. As a customer this is appalling. Luckily I have video evidence of he doing this so have also sought legal advice (solicitors) this store needs a good clear out of staff!! Spoke to head office (NIKE) they have opened an investigation and in contact with me and my solicitor. To employ staff for retail is a main priority to acknowledge customer service and ALSO RESPECT! Danielle and Andre neither had any of this! I won’t stop this investigation until actions are taken. To think people can’t find work it’s because incompetent people are employed with 0 customer skills!!!
